PRAYER
IN AMERICA
Reading
& Reference List
The
production of the documentary Prayer in America
and the related outreach campaign were inspired by the
book One Nation Under God – The History of Prayer in
America by author James P. Moore, Jr.
During
the course of production, producers Alison Rostankowski,
Patricia Ostermick and Chip Duncan studied a variety of
books and articles on the subject of prayer and American
history. The following list includes many of the books
we reviewed in the course of our work.
Several of the books were authored by interview subjects
included in the documentary.
For additional information on our bibliographical resources,
please contact Patricia Ostermick via email at Patty@DuncanEntertainment.com.
